The ease and relatively low cost of travel through the Atlanta airport combined with AMAI arranged discounts on transportation and hotel stays often results in the entire cost of the travel, accommodations and the PureLipo™ procedure totaling less than having a liposculpting procedure close to home. Due to the number of our clients that do travel to us for the PureLipo™ procedure, we have developed a unique program that makes the process feel effortless for the out-of-town client.

  • PureLipo™ Consultation: The process starts with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Criner. For the traveling patient, Dr. Criner will conduct these consultations via the telephone after you have completed some basic paperwork, medical history information and sent some basic photographs of your areas of concern.   • Travel Arrangements: Once you have had your consultation and have been medically approved by Dr. Criner, the team at AMAI will work with you to set a procedure date and will then provide travel cost information for you to finalize your decision. We have developed “preferred customer” relationships with local accommodations and transportation companies. We work with a local travel agent to help you obtain the best airfare deals.

  • Relax – We’ve Taken Care of All of the Details: We provide you with a complete “procedure kit” that includes everything you will need before and after your procedure from paperwork to compression garments.

    We ask that each traveling patient arrive at the center the day before or early the day of their procedure to meet Dr. Criner and the staff and to complete any additional paperwork.

    On the day of the procedure you will be chauffeured (if needed) to and from the facility from the local hotel for your procedure. We generally recommend that you stay locally the night of the procedure and most often the following night. A follow-up appointment with Dr. Criner will be arranged in the 24-40 hours after the procedure. From that point you are able to travel back home (or stay and enjoy Atlanta).

  • Post Procedure Care: As aftercare is extremely important we have developed a program specifically for the out-of-town patient. Our team will train you extensively on post procedure care, and we will include a self-massage device as part of your PureLipo™ package. Our staff will also work to find a Medical Spa or rehabilitation and/or massage center in your local area that can perform Synergie treatments or that perform deep tissue, lymphatic massage by hand.

BRING A FRIEND PROGRAM

We have treated large numbers of spouses, friends, family members and/ or co-workers on the same day. Clients rave about and regale us with funny stories of sharing the treatment experience with a friend. For that reason we have a special offer to encourage multiple guests.
